Cancellation policy

If capacity exceeding 20% of the booking is not utilized or is cancelled on the day of arrival (or after 4:00 PM on the day prior to arrival), we will invoice a 100% cancellation fee based on the value of the cancelled accommodation.
If capacity exceeding 20% of the booking is not utilized or is cancelled 1–6 days prior to the event, we will charge a 70% cancellation fee based on the value of the cancelled accommodation.
If capacity exceeding 20% of the booking is not utilized or is cancelled 7–10 days prior to the event, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee based on the value of the cancelled accommodation.
If capacity exceeding 20% of the booking is not utilized or is cancelled 11–15 days prior to the event, we will charge a 30% cancellation fee based on the value of the cancelled accommodation.
