Purpose of processing personal data:
Personal data provided in the form (name and surname, e-mail, telephone, date of arrival and departure, number of persons and children) are processed solely for the purpose of:

• processing the accommodation reservation,
• contacting the client regarding the reservation,
• confirming the reservation.

Legal basis processing:
The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:

• Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (accommodation reservations),
• consent to the processing of personal data, which the user grants when submitting the form (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Legal regulations:

• Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, in particular § 5 – principles of processing personal data.
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), in particular Articles 5, 6, 13 and 14.

Scope of processed data:

• Name and surname
• Email
• Telephone
• Date of arrival and departure
• Number of adults and children
• Number of rooms

Rights of the data subject:
Every person has the right to:

• access to their personal data (§ 19 GDPR),
• correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (§ 16 GDPR),
• deletion of personal data (“right to be forgotten”, § 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (§ 18 GDPR),
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time (§ 7(3) GDPR),
• file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.

Period of retention of personal data:
The data is retained for the period necessary to process the reservation and for a maximum of 3 years for accounting and legal protection purposes.

Data sharing:
Personal data will not be provided to third parties except in cases where this is necessary to process the reservation (e.g. external booking systems) and if required by law.

Data security:
The operator ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse (§ 32 GDPR).
